I decided to finally make another post. I found my way back to where Liz originally showed me what to do so here goes. Russ has been in the MTC for 2 weeks today. We only have one letter from him and he sounds very happy. It was a different experience for me this time around. Scott says it's because I knew it was the last time to do it and that's probably true, but I can honestly say that for the first time, I felt the overwhelming spirit of the MTC. Russ is where he is supposed to be-I know that-even though I miss him more than I can say.

First, I am SO excited to see pictures of the family at the MTC, but it does make us sad to not have been there. Second, I am even more excited that you were able to post on your own!!! Did you know that you can take your blog and turn it into a book? So, it can be a great scrapbook for Russ's mission, or for the family in the future (just to encourage you to post more) :) Now tell Libby that I keep checking for that first post!
